Getting an error message or loop when purchasing pricing options?

These are currently the known reasons why the error message or looping occurs:

 

1) The Barcode can only have alphanumeric characters, no special characters (Only 0 to 9 and A to Z) -OR- leave that field blank

 

2) The activation date needs to be set to "On the sale date"

3) If the pricing option is for a workshop or event far in the future, you'll want to ensure that the "Expires After" field is given enough time to go through the end of the course. For example, if it's January, and the Enrollment starts the last week of October and ends in early November, the pricing option will need to be at least 11 months.
