How we decide which staff members to display:
The Staff List widget was originally created as a supposed convenience for studio owners to display their "current active" staff members.
The original idea was that if you maintain your Staff List and your Schedule in your MINDBODY business mode, then we would take care of your Staff List on your website. As a studio owner, if you hire/fire trainers, or if they go on sabbatical, or maternity leave, or go to India to discover themselves, if they aren't scheduled to teach for the next 3 months, we look to remove them from the Staff List widget.
Even if a staff member is marked as "active" in your MINDBODY business account, they will not show up in your HealCode Staff List Widget unless they are the instructor or the sub for a Class.
The data for the Staff List Widget is updated nightly, so if you make changes to your staff members' bio or their staff image, it will not update until the following day. This is mostly a point of confusion for people who just created their HealCode account.
Note: If you have staff members who are not scheduled to teach a class or sub in the next 3 months who are showing up in your Staff List Widget or vice versa, let us know via a help ticket and we will look into it for you.
How staff members are ordered:
Currently, we only display staff members in alphabetical order by first name. In a future widget release we may offer different ways to customize this order, but for right now it's simply alphabetical.
