Authorization: HealCode says it's NOT receiving my data


If you're receiving the "HealCode is NOT receiving your data" message, there are a couple things that could be happening.

Give it a little time

If you just put your authorization information into HealCode it may simply need a little longer to complete the process. Hang tight and if after an hour or so it's still not working please let us know by opening a help ticket here:

Check your info

Your authorization may not have been set up correctly. Please go take another look to make sure the information is correct. This help document should be useful: Something very important to remember is that you have to log into your MINDBODY account as "owner."
