Authorization: HealCode says it's NOT receiving my data

If you're receiving the "HealCode is NOT receiving your data" message, there are a couple things that could be happening.

Give it a little time

If you just put your authorization information into HealCode it may simply need a little longer to complete the process. Hang tight and if after an hour or so it's still not working please let us know by opening a help ticket here: http://healcode.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new

Check your info

Your authorization may not have been set up correctly. Please go take another look to make sure the information is correct. This help document should be useful: http://healcode.zendesk.com/entries/20606477-creating-your-api-authorization Something very important to remember is that you have to log into your MINDBODY account as "owner."
