Seeing a blank white screen when you attempt to install widgets on Facebook?

This will usually occur when you are already logged into Facebook. If you are seeing a white screen when you attempt to install a widget, use the instructions below to resolve the issue.

  1. Log out of both HealCode.com and Facebook.com
  2. Clear your cookies and close your browser (or if you are using Google Chrome, open an incognito session)
  3. Log only into HealCode. Do not open Facebook.
  4. Follow the steps here to install the widget onto your Facebook page
