Consumer Cart is not properly loading in Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or IE browsers

Safari Browser

Are you seeing the following indefinite loading screen in Safari after you click Click Here to Continue?

 

This is caused by your security settings in Safari. 

  1. Open your Safari browser
  2. Go to Safari and then Preferences...
  3. Go to Privacy
  4. In the Cookies and website data section ensure you have either Allow from websites I visit or Always allow selected
  5. Completely quit Safari
  6. Reopen Safari

You can now use the Consumer Cart to book/purchase.

 

Firefox Browser

Are you seeing the following empty Cart when you click the sign up button? 

You may also be seeing this error message when you attempt to create an account or login: "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to."

 

This is caused by your security settings in Firefox.

  1. Open your Firefox browser
  2. Go to Firefox and then Preferences...
  3. Go to Privacy and then the History section
  4. In the Accept cookies from sites section ensure you have Accept third-party cookies set to either From visited or Always
  5. Completely quit Firefox
  6. Reopen Firefox

You can now use the Consumer Cart to book/purchase.

 

Internet Explorer Browser

 

You may be unable to login. Perhaps the screen just refreshes, or you get thrown back to the login page when logging in. 

Alternatively, you may also be seeing this error message when you attempt to create an account or login: "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to."

 

This is caused by your security settings in Internet Explorer.

  1. Open your IE browser
  2. Go to Tools and then Internet Options
  3. Go to Privacy
  4. Drag the slider anywhere between Medium High and Accept All Cookies
  5. Click Apply
  6. Completely quit IE
  7. Restart IE

You can now use the Consumer Cart to book/purchase.

 

Chrome Browser

You may also be seeing this error message when you attempt to create an account or login: "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to."

  

 

This is caused by your security settings in Chrome.

  1. Open your Chrome browser
  2. Go to Chrome and then Preferences...
  3. Go to Show Advanced Settings... at the bottom of this page and click
  4. Under Privacy, click Content Settings...
  5. Under Cookies, select either Allow local data to be set or Keep local data only until you quit your browser
  6. Click Done
  7. Completely quit Chrome
  8. Restart Chrome

You can now use the Consumer Cart to book/purchase.

 

Safari on iOS

You may also be seeing this screen when you attempt to use the Cart via Safari on your iOS device.

  

 

This is caused by your security settings in Safari for iOS.

  1. Open the Settings app for your iOS device
  2. Find the Safari tab and tap to open
  3. Under Privacy & Security, find Block Cookies
  4. Ensure this is set to Allow from Websites I Visit or Always Allow
  5. Restart the Safari app

You can now use the Consumer Cart to book/purchase.
