Changing the Consumer Cart Messaging for Appointment Requests


If your business only accepts appointment requests, rather than appointment bookings, you will need to ensure the Consumer Cart is displaying the proper messaging.


For appointment requests, the Cart will display like this:


1. Disable client book appointments in MINDBODY

  1. Login to your MINDBODY
  2. Go to Home > Manager Tools > Settings > Appointment Options
  3. Open the Appointment System Policies tab
  4. Uncheck the first option Allow Client Booked Appointments
  5. Click Update


2. Refresh the option in HealCode

  1. Login to HealCode
  2. Click Site Settings at the top of the page
  3. For the Appointment Requests setting, click the Update appointment booking setting button
  4. Click Update Site Settings
