Q. Why are there missing classes in my Schedule/Enrollments/Appointments Widget?

Q. How do I turn on the pop-up window (Consumer Cart) for my widgets?

Q. Can families use the Registration Widget?

A. Yes, but each family member will have to register separately, using a different email address and password from the other family members.

 

Q. How long should it take for the widgets to load?

A. The widgets will typically load in 2-5 seconds. Keep in mind that the widgets will load last on a webpage, so if your webpage contains large images, the widgets will load after them. This can slow down the load time. 

 

Q. Are the widgets "crawlable" by Google?

A. Recent testing has shows that text and links in our widgets cannot be indexed by Google.
