Where is my new Room (Resource) in my Schedule Widget? It isn't showing.


This will happen if you add a new Room (Resource) in MINDBODY. This is caused by caching, and it is temporary. Caching is a tool used to decrease the loading time of webpages and widgets. When you add a new Room, the new information has not yet loaded into the widget.


There is a delay of up to 24 hours before the new Room will display in the Room column of the Schedule Widget. If the new Room does not display, please contact support via a help ticket here:
