My Widget is missing from my WordPress website. What do I do?

Some clients experienced issues with their widgets displaying on their WordPress website following an update to WordPress on July 23, 2015.

The WordPress update altered the code of our widget on your website and prevented it from loading correctly. The good news is that your widget is still functioning, but it is installed incorrectly. To fix the problem, the widget needs to be reinstalled.

Please use our plugin, HealCode MINDBODY Widget, to reinstall your widgets. We have instructions here:

If you have any trouble using our instructions, please contact support so that we can reinstall your widgets. In your help ticket, include the following information:

  • Your WordPress website username
  • Your WordPress website password
  • The missing widgets
  • URLs to the pages that usually show your widgets

If you have any questions about this issue, please contact support. Thank you!
