1. Feature description and supported languages

The internationalization feature allows you to change the language of each widget individually. For example, your Registration Widget can display in French and your Prospect Widget can display in English. You can also change the Consumer Cart's language and currency symbol.

Example German Schedule Widget

The following languages are currently supported:

  • English
  • French (Français)
  • German (Deutsch)
  • Spanish (Español)

  3. Click Edit for the widget whose language you'd like to change
  4. In the Basic Info Section find the Locale setting

  6. Click Save Widget

3. Changing the language for the Consumer Cart

Note: The Consumer Cart can only show ONE language at a time (i.e. if your Schedule Widget is set to French and your Cart is set to English, the Cart will only show English when used with the French Schedule Widget).

  1. Login to HealCode
  2. Click Cart Preferences
  3. Find the Locale setting

5. Setting up two languages for one HealCode account (e.g. for clients in Quebec)

Note: The Consumer Cart can only show ONE language at a time (i.e. if your Schedule Widget is set to French and your Cart is set to English, the Cart will only show English when used with the French Schedule Widget).

  1. Create new widgets for the second language (Instructions). Be sure to give each new widget a title that includes the second language for your own reference.
  2. Change the language of each widget (Instructions).
  3. Change the language of the Cart to ONE of the languages (Instructions).
  4. Place the first language and second language widgets onto the website in different areas. Some clients may choose to have an English version and a French version of each widget, for example.

6. Hotwords for two languages

Change the hotwords in MINDBODY to reflect both languages.

For example: Instructor = "Instructor/Instructeur"
