Updating the "new client" notification email address for the Registration Widget


If you changed your email address in HealCode, you may not receive our HealCode Registration Widget notifications if the email address hasn't been updated for your Registration Widget.

Note: These instructions also apply to the Prospect Widget.


Changing the notification email address

  1. Login to HealCode
  2. Click on the Title of your Registration Widget
  3. In the Send E-mail Notification field, enter the correct email address
    • Note: If all email addresses are removed using the trash can icon, an email is still sent to the HealCode account’s default email. If you’d like to stop receiving the email, you will need to replace the current email address(es) with a malformed email in the registration widget. For example, adding no@email.com will halt all email notifications.
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Now all of your notifications will go to the proper place!
